📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:

• India: 3–7 business days (based on location).

• International: 7–15 business days (shipping fees apply).

Shipping Charges (India):

• Free on orders above ₹499

• ₹49 flat fee for orders below ₹499

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Delays:
External factors (weather, customs, courier issues) may cause delays. We'll keep you informed.

🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window:
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: personal care, intimate wear, custom or final-sale items.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at support@kairoskart.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

2. Include product photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. We’ll guide you through the return pickup or provide an address.

Refunds:

• Processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

• Issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges:

• Available for size issues or defective products.

• If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
